Work Journey
Curt Marvis is recognized globally for his vast and successful experience in both traditional and digital media and for his pioneering efforts in digital distribution. He is currently CEO & Co-Founder of QYOU Media Inc. He previously served as Lionsgate’s (NYSE: LGF) President of Digital Media, where he helped pioneer the company’s broad spectrum of digital distribution agreements. In addition, while at Lionsgate Mr. Marvis successfully launched original content channels, series and games in partnership with YouTube, Hulu and Machinima, many of which formed the basis of the digitally distributed series that are being developed by major studios today.
Prior to joining Lionsgate, he was Co-Founder and CEO of CinemaNow, a globally recognized innovator in digital entertainment technology and distribution. CinemaNow was launched in June 1999 and created many of the AVOD, SVOD, TVOD and EST models that are now used by companies from Netflix and HBO to YouTube and Amazon.
Mr. Marvis also served as President of publicly held CD-Rom game developer 7th Level (NASDAQ: SEVL) and helped lead their successful restructuring into delivery of web based technology applications with partners from Microsoft to Bandai.

Raj Mishra has established a distinguished track record of accomplishments and success driving businesses in India to profitability and exponential growth. An IMT alumni, the former Country Head at musical.ly, TikTok & Triller enjoys combining technology & trends to help curate substantial value propositions for users. He also worked with the core Bytedance team (owners of TikTok) and spearheaded strategy for their other suite of products and apps in India.
In his earlier role as Country Manager at TikTok India (erstwhile Musical.ly), Mishra was instrumental in driving growth for ByteDance in India by creating the local team, liaising with business partners & the creator community in India, and identifying and incubating talent with the potential to help the company gain popularity on the app. Under his leadership, Musical.ly became the most downloaded app on both Android and iOS.

Karan began his journey with Chtrbox in March 2018 as the Lead of Influencer Relations & Growth. Over the past 6+ years, he has taken on various roles at Chtrbox, from onboarding influencers onto the Chtrbox platform and establishing partnerships with brands and agencies to building the award-winning creator management division, Represent! He is especially proud of having developed the Client Servicing and Talent Management teams at Chtrbox.

One of her proudest achievements is nurturing an incredible team of experts who continue to raise the bar. Today, as co-VP, she focuses on driving growth and helping Chtrbox reach new heights.
